Opacimeter
ECOOPA100 is the new opacimeter designed for the control of the pollution of diesel vehicles.
Axle play detectors – Reconditioning installation
The plates are installed in recessed installation in an existing concrete Pit in their own sealed frames or in «upgrade».
The renovation works allows the replacement of the play detectors without doing again the civil work.
Thus, it is possible to replace only the play detectors and keep the remote control and the control cabinet.

HV axle play detectors
The HV 56000 play detectors allow mechanical stresses to be applied to the wheel to visually check the play on an axle: spindles, pivots, suspensions, joints, bearings, axle gear, etc…
The displacements of the plate is controlled in transverse, longitudinal and diagonal movements by a wired remote control equipped with an LED lamp.
For the 56000 play detectors, the installation requires new Pit because a specific sealed frame is required.

LV axle play detectors – recessed
The LV play detectors trigger a mechanical stress to be applied on the wheels to check the various steering components and fluid leaks.
The plate movement is transversally controlled : longitudinal and diagonal movements are created by a wired remote control equipped with a LED lamp. The plates can be installed in a recessed manner in a concrete pit or placed directly on the ground (access ramps provided). They operate independently of each other.

HV side slip tester with release plate
The side slip tester is managed by the test lane’s cabinet. It allows the measure of the slip of the front and rear wheels. It makes a quick diagnosis of the vehicle’s wheel alignment.
Thanks to its great length and its release plate, it gives precise and repetitive measures. The optical detection which is located at the front of the release plate make it more reliable since there is no mechanical contact.

Standard side slip tester with release plate
The 44100 side slip tester range provides optimum control of the measurement of a vehicle’s slip as it passes over the plate. This operation is the first step in checking the vehicle’s geometry during a vehicle inspection test.
The slip value obtained is used to measure the trajectory deviation of a vehicle axle. This measurement is expressed in m/km or mm/m.
