Suspension tester – standard zinc plated chassis
This bench measures the suspension asymmetry. It guarantees excellent measurement repeatability and detailed analysis of the suspension damping on the left and right sides of the vehicle. It can be used for static measurements on vehicles with 4 000 kg axles and dynamic measurements on vehicles with 2 500 kg axles.
Its high-power motor prevents slip and limits premature wear of the drive belts.
Suspension tester – wide painted chassis
Reliability and accuracy of measurement concentrated in a wide range of suspension testers to enable inspection of the entire fleet of vehicles and light commercial vehicles, from the smallest car to the largest vehicles.
• Assistance with front/rear positioning of wheels on platforms
• Wheel by wheel weighing
• EUSAMA measurement method
• EXPERT measurement mode to determine the state of wear of each shock absorber

High barriers
Optical beams are installed on each side of the brake tester.
If an optical beam is interrupted, the motors are are stopped immediately. An orange visual flash mounted on the guardrails completes the installation.
Guardrail
The guardrails protect the side accesses to the brake tester and prevent access to the wheels when they are running.
Set of long drive-in/out, with oil hoses covers, for above ground installation of lift (without pit)
Compatible with the double lifting platform for 2, 3 and 4 wheelers vehicles (category L) : AGILA234EH
Lower safety kit
The optical safety gates prevent anyone from being present in the pit during the entire test. The system stops motor rotation as soon as a beam is interrupted.
